This is a Vintage 1950s Structo Pressed Steel Steam Shovel in Orange. This steam shovel has significant cosmetic wear. The top wheel works to raise the shovel but the bottom does not. It looks like the string may need to be reconfigured. It does not have the bands for the wheels.
